Parent & Baby Yoga
Mondays, November 3rd through December 15th @ 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm
Yoga for new parents and their babies (newborn until crawling). Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited for new parents. Instructor Mary Barnes combines Anusara Yoga, breathwork, alignment, and strength training to improve the health and happiness of both parent and baby. Mats and other yoga props are provided.
