RENTAL ITEMS

BPCPC is pleased to offer toy rentals for birthday parties, field days, day camp outings, picnics and other events involving children. Our toy bags are available for two age groups: preschool-age bags (18mos to 6yrs) and school-age bags (7yrs to 11yrs). Each bag can accommodate 20 to 30 children.

In addition to the toy bags BPCPC also offers a limited supply of 5 foot in diameter umbrellas with weighted bases (35Lb) for quick and safe set up and 6 foot by 3 foot tables for cold food service during picnics and birthday parties. Umbrellas may be set up on the lawns; tables must be set up on paved areas at the edge of lawns and not in the way of pedestrian traffic. All delivery/pick up fees to parks outside of Rockefeller Park will apply to these items as well.

Due to a lack of storage space throughout Battery Park City Parks, a $50.00 delivery/pick-up fee will be charged for all equipment delivered to parks outside of Rockefeller Park, (Wagner Park, West Thames Park, Rector Park, Teardrop Park, and the Ball Fields). If you require help in picking up, setting up or dropping off your rental equipment to the Park House in Rockefeller Park, a delivery/pick-up fee will be charged. BPCPC uniformed staff will promptly pick up toys and other rentable items at the time designated on your rental receipt.

All rental items for events permitted in Rockefeller Park carry no delivery/pick up fee and may be picked up just before your event is about to start and then returned at the end of your event to Rockefeller Park House to uniformed personnel. Rockefeller Park House hours of operation are 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Sunday. All Rental Deposits are fully refundable upon the return of all equipment to BPCPC in satisfactory condition.
