Join community of adults and seniors for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level.  The instructor led classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.  Train in a friendly environment doing a workout that  will keep you healthy and active!
