Cardio Swim Workout

Learn low impact workouts useful for a lifetime. Swimming results in lean muscle mass and increased cardio-respiratory fitness, all without causing stress to your joints. Cardio Swim Workouts will incorporate sprint, distance and interval training to increase speed, endurance, and overall fitness. This small group program is for experienced swimmers ages 14 and up. Participants must be able to swim 40 laps.

Kids Group Swim Lessons (Advanced)

Learning to swim develops confidence both in and out of the water. Kids learn water safety skills, as well as a healthy physical activity that can be performed throughout life. Ages 6-12. Private swim lessons are also available.

Chess is an exercise of infinite possibilities for the mind, one that helps develop mental abilities to be used throughout life. Playing chess improves concentration, critical thinking, abstract reasoning, problem-solving, pattern recognition, strategic planning, creativity, synthesis, and evaluation.
