Preschool Play
Play is the cornerstone of early childhood development. Meet other toddlers, parents, and caregivers for interactive play on a grassy lawn. Sing, dance, shake, and hear stories too! Carefully selected play equipment and toys are provided – plus water play!
Senior Group Exercise
Strengthen the body through instructor-led rhythmic movement and aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Join this fun and vigorous session for a great workout!
SENIOR GROUP EXERCISE
Strengthen the whole body from warm-up to cool-down with various fun exercises. The instructor will lead you in rhythmic movement and aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Come join the group and workout to great music!
Parent and Baby Yoga* Session A
Enjoy yoga in a safe and supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited for new parents and babies from new to crawling age. The class is focused on the parent, through movement exercises and songs for babies are included in the class. Mats and other yoga props are provided.

Basketball for Preschoolers
Calling all little ones! Bring your best game and learn basketball basics like dribbling and passing with an emphasis on fun. Closed-toe shoes required. For ages 3-4.
Childrens Basketball (Ages 5-6)
We got game! Children are welcome for community basketball on the Rockefeller Park courts on Monday afternoons. No adults are allowed! We use adjustable hoops to accommodate kids of all sizes. In this program, fun is emphasized over competition. Led by Parks Programming leaders, children do drills and play games to improve their skills. Close-toed shoes required.
