Senior Group Exercise

Join a community of adults and seniors for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level.  The instructor-led classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.  Train in a friendly environment doing a workout that will keep you healthy and active!


Morning Meditation

Balance mind, body, and spirit in this Primordial Sound Meditation led by an instructor. Work with a personal mantra, a specific sound or vibration. Take part in a regular meditation practice that lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and strengthens the immune system.



Mahjong, the popular game of skill, strategy, and luck, was created in China and has been beloved by Americans since the 1920s.  With similarities to rummy card games, mahjong is played using beautiful tiles by groups of four people.

Join the fun! Play the strategy game or learn while you play. All are welcome, from novices to experienced players and are welcome to play free of charge.
